Leading design from concept to launch and continuous improvement
Procify is an AI-powered, no-code platform that helps teams build, run, and measure business processes. Its intuitive workflow builder supports both simple and complex processes, with one-click process execution and integrations that connect to existing systems. Real-time dashboards offer visibility into operations and productivity, enabling teams to continuously improve their processes.
I collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the product’s structure, interaction flows, and visual identity. Procify is live and evolving based on user feedback and business needs.

Procify is an AI-powered, no-code platform that helps teams build, run, and measure business processes. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the product’s structure, interaction flows, and visual identity. Procify is live and evolving based on user feedback and business needs.
My Role
As the only designer on the team, I’ve been shaping Procify’s design from the ground up, gradually building and evolving the product experience ever since.
My work spans the full design lifecycle, from research and early concepts to wireframes, final UI, handoff, design QA, and maintaining our design system.
I’ve worked across most of the platform, including the workflow builder, task and user management, forms, integrations, and AI-powered features.
I collaborate closely with product and engineering to stay aligned as new features roll out.
I also support marketing and business needs, including demo and product videos and other promotional content.
Reflections
Designing Procify from the ground up and supporting its growth over several years has been both rewarding and challenging. The platform serves users with varying levels of technical knowledge, which has pushed me to create solutions that are flexible, clear, and approachable. I’ve often had to balance ideal UX with technical constraints, evolving requirements, and fast-moving business needs.
Understanding and simplifying complex functionality has been a big part of the work, as has learning when to push for better solutions and when to adapt.
Throughout this journey, close collaboration with product and engineering has been key. Balancing different perspectives helped shape more thoughtful, scalable solutions. This ongoing work has taught me how to iterate effectively, stay adaptable, and support a product through multiple stages of growth.
