Real Estate, Hospitality & Economy Reports
The Challenge
This project was created for Algean Property, a full-service property company with expertise in the luxury residential and high-end hospitality development sector, while I was working for Algean Group.
Algean Property issues reports on various subjects regarding the Greek real estate and hospitality sectors. There was a need for Algean Property reports to be presented both professionally and elegantly, while at the same time remaining visually interesting and consistent.
Below are two examples of reports, one concerning Golfing in Greece and one about future developments in the Athenian Riviera.
The Solution
I created a template for the Algean Property reports that can be customised for each report in order to maintain a consistent look and feel. At the same time, we added various unique details to make each report stand out.
Golf in Greece: “Tee Off”
To make the Golf report stand out, I created a map illustrating the Greek golf courses, with tees for location marks and a golfer in the background. In the pages that follow, the report goes into further details regarding each location, for which I incorporated a similar layout and altered small details to avoid making it repetitive.

Athenian Riviera
The feature making the Athenian Riviera report distinctive was a map of the area, the first page of which was presented as an overview. The area was zoomed in in the following pages, allowing for current and future developments for each location to be revealed. Again, the layout for each location was similar (title, text, photo(s), map) but minor changes kept the design versatile.
