Real Estate Suggestion Platform
The Challenge
This project was created for Algean Property, a full-service property company with expertise in the luxury residential and high-end hospitality development sector, while I was working for Algean Group.
Algean Property wanted to create an online platform, which would enable them to suggest properties to their clients, based on their enquiry.

The Process
Algean Property walked me through how clients approach them and what steps the team follows to suggest properties that best suit the clients’ needs. We discussed which criteria interest their clients the most and what the next steps are after the properties are sent to them.

Through this discussion, we defined the functions of the platform. With it, the team would be able to select properties that matched the criteria of the client and send a custom URL, username and password to the client. The client would then access a personalised website with their suggested properties and would be able to add their favourites to a list, in order to acquire further information.

The next step was to organise the structure and create wireframes for the back and front-end. Once those were approved by Algean Property, I proceeded with the platform’s visual design.
The Solution
After the UI was completed, I worked closely with the developer to ensure the quality of the final outcome. When the platform was developed, we ran various tests and proceeded to fix any bug, before delivering the final product to the company.
